DETAILED ITINERARY

This five-day Tanzania safari package will let visitors experience a wide variety of wildlife adventures. Explore the parks of Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, where you will have a chance to sport The Big Five.

 Day 1: Arusha Airport – Tarangire National Park
We pick you up at the agreed meeting point in Arusha and set off for an afternoon and evening game drive in Tarangire National Park.

Day 2: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park with an en-route game drive. Picnic lunch and an afternoon short game drive in Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti is arguably the most impressive wildlife sanctuary in the world. In the endless plains of the Serengeti, you have an excellent chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade.

Day 3: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Breakfast at your accommodation, then leave for a full day in Serengeti, the heart of wildAfrica– the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. You head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest
wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water
source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. You arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National
Park.

Day 4: Serengeti-Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Early morning game drives around the Seronera area. Come back for breakfast at your lodge. Then, leave with a packed lunch for a game en route. Expect to see many games while driving to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority at the crater’s rim. Arrive there in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 5:Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Arusha
Early morning breakfast, and then descend 600 mitres to the Crater floor for game drive. Ngorongoro Crater is the largest collapsed volcanic crater in the world and has fourteen kilometres of isolated natural beauty. A ring of extinct volcanoes surrounds Ngorongoro Crater and the floor, dotted with watering holes, shelters some 30,000 animals. You can expect to see lions, elephants, Zebras, Hippos, Flamingos, Jackals, Rhinos Antelopes, and many birds. The birds seen here include eagle, vulture, flamingos in the Crater Lake, stork, bats, giant vulture, sacred ibis, kori bustard, blacksmith plover, long-necked heron, and the cattle eagle. Picnic lunch will take place at Ngoitoktok swamp, with a nice view of the hippos pool. Late afternoon ascends from the crater and departs for Arusha airport, where the tour will end.
